 March is New Zealand Book Month, and do we have some fun events lined up to celebrate…….


Friday the 8th of March we will have Kath Beattie in the Library at 5.30pm introducing her new book about Cyclone Bola. (can you believe it was 25 years ago?)


Tuesday the 12th of March, join us at The Workroom (above Ussco), where we will be learning ‘How to drink a glass of wine’ with John Saker. Wonderfully tasty Ussco nibbles and Wine Tastings with Spade Oak Vineyards.

Thursday 21st  March, join us here at the HB Williams Memorial Library, to hear Sheridan Gundry discuss her book ‘A Splendid Isolation’ the story behind our stories (with pictures)

And to conclude our celebration of NZ Book Month……..

Wednesday 27th of March  we have ‘An Encounter with Elenor Gill’ she will be sharing her experience with the paranormal and its influences on her successful novels.
